are allowed to pay friends to complte offer also I am just wondering what is better a blog or website on the landing page. does blog get indexed quicker.

As far as I know, blogs get indexed pretty quick, plus they are easier to set up. Websites are more flexible with design though. If you want to set something up fast, a blog will serve you well. I'd recommend a paid annual domain with Wordpress. If you want to earn on freebiesm, you shouldn't skimp a few quid on your website.

If I understood the first part correctly, yes, you can pay people to be your referrals, lots of people do. There is a trade section on exceem that's devoted to this, but you need to get access first, if you don't have that already.

You can have both, create a website with WordPress and add a blog to it.

Actually Wordpress is a Content Management System. It can be used to produce static page websites as well as blogs.

Jumped in before me, I was gona say, I have a static webpage using wordpress, with a blog added onto it.
