| Zapd. (info, co, net etc) is owned by the dev. The subsites (free. Blah. Etc) are sub domains created via the app as your own website. I think from the research I've done and the app details itself it is a safe and secure website. I can look for more info tomorrow but I assume the httpS:// is because of the individual's details (ie mine and everyone else who uses the app) need to be kept secure. EDIT: actually it might also have been because I was logged in as http://free.zapd.info works just as well!
