| Depends. You can outsource - costs money. Or you can read up on it and do it yourself - free. Both versions take time but take longer if you are winging it and learning as you go. The latter is better for you though, at least you are learning how, and not just getting a sense of "do this for me, quickly please..."

| you can also use adwords. i have seen banners saying google is giving out free $75 credits, idk though, and it may depend on where you live. |
