As promised guys (here), here is the email I sent to all of my kudos reds (700 in total) I haven't had any go green, which sucks, but then email campaigns have never worked for me! Maybe you lot will have more luck - and just in time for the UK iPad 2 launch as well

Very annoying that I didn't get any sort of response as I thought it was a pretty good email! And 700 is a pretty large number to get nothing back from!

As i say, i hope you lot have more luck... and it's not taking greens away from me as you'd email your own reds so I'm more than happy to share!

Well I sent it with appologise but not uise! Hopefully the first one isn't too obvious! But I'm sure thats not the reason noone went green!

I was going for simple. Ive tried a million templates, mailchimp etc and nothing works!

(I don't spam my reds constantly btw!!)

@corky: good luck finding an email provider allowing that many emails!!

I send using Microsoft Outlook through my VPS!

When you send mails of that quantity.. do they get flagged as spam by say hotmail?

You can only send so many a day using hotmail, plus I think the maximum recipients is something like 50. So would take forever. Not worth the effort. I've emailed all of my reds a couple of times but haven't seemed to get any greens from it!

I meant to say if I were to send to hotmail emails using my mail server would that flag up as spam cause a lot of their users got the same email at about the same time from the same server?

Well I send an email to my own hotmail email account too and it gets through with them OK, so doesn't seem to get flagged!

I used 3 hotmail accounts!! You can only send 300 a day and 50 per email so takes a little while, but I only had 700.

I even tried my 'girl' email account to add the feminine touch, but no luck.
