Many sites?

Hey peeps.

I had an idea but wanted to know something first. Do most people have multiple sites? And then backlink to eachother? Or have multiple sites and get backlinks from others?

I wanted to know if I should follow this path and make a website specific for one item and prompte it separately.

Yeah wouldn't mind knowing if having multiple websites in sig means multiple backlinks

I've made the mistake of having loads of domains for different products... It just means you have to work so much harder to on SEO.

I suggest (now) having one site and concentrating on it. Add a new page for new products. Each page is treated by google like a new site anyway, but you'll have domain age, PR and status to help you.
