Friends and family would probably be your best bet. Or try public areas with specific demographics of who you'd think would want it, like colleges or universities. Malls. In general, you're seeking the younger crowd.

You can try with any public place like school, college, on cars, mailbox, public library, places such as internet cafe, playrooms with consoles(i don't know if there is some general name for those on english

)
Also, you could always keep few in your pocket and give it to random people.

the library was the only place i thought of, i didnt have no idea where, just not alot of ideas.

Think about your target audience, who would be interested in free things? I don't think people at the library will be!

You can try standing outside of popular shops like GAME or Hollister ect. which is popular and is where teens and young adults go, i think they are more likely to shop than people at he library.
