So, can I join the conga now, and complete the offer after a month or so? (I'm just 15, and I don't have the courage to ask my parents for a credit card!)

 | You wouldn't be added to a conga until you had done an offer so signing up now wouldn't benefit you. Join the conga when you are able to do an offer.
