I need help..

I'm still new here..
I got a few referrals and there are my friends..
but how to make it from "red" to "Green"...
I click on "email this user" and it went me to outlook 2007 that I can't create an acc.

so please help me.

either copy/paste the email address into your normal email account or simply just type the email address in.

If they're your friends, surely you should know their emails?
