One effective way to Referrals on CraigsList w/o getting Flagged

Oh, well then I don't really know what to do. I mean, every time I search, all I see are full-time job or part-time job offers, not odd jobs.

I was looking through my referrals and 2 of my referrals that are not green are linked from craigslist which i took down immediately after i heard it was against the rules,

But now i have 3 green referrals from my own website,
would the 2 non greens from craigslist get me put on hold?
