 |  Its incrediblehey guys im still laughing some how on this i remember when i first signned up to freebiejeebies it was because of the convencing youtube videos with proofs and reciepts and everything and decided to have a go... no body said that it is more harder then we think it is...specially in getting those referrals... i tried everything:
 i decided to make my website look more professional...then buy a domain name and hosting like .com (i would love that) or .net .co.cc or .co.uk im reading about SEO but still didnt find a GOOD trainning that helps... ....i dont know what else can i do... i would love to know how the big veterans in FJ and in freebie site in general did to success and to get (lets exaggerate a bit) each Xmas their own gifts Any help please?!!! |

 | Not 1 red? Wow sorry man, i have over 100 of the pesky things lol. First off, your sites theme has nothing to do with the site, try making it more user friendly. Also the step to step guide, try making the text, physical text, instead of an image because otherwise google won't be able to read or detect it. Submit your site to directories, build backlinks, add keywords to your site and just get your site advertised anywhere possible. Maybe even make a youtube video that got you interested in the first place and add your site url to the description. Keep doing what your doing but the key is to advertise your site url and not your referral link, most probably the people that see your advert will most likely be too lazy to type the referral number in the end and therefore you don't get anything. If you have your referral link on your site then they click it from your site and also you are getting traffic to your site which potentially gains you a better pagerank in google. Remember, a site url is easier to remember than your referral ID. Also if you decide to go through the site route then i would recommend buying a good domain to get noticed in google properly.

| there were a few seo books on here a while back.... tbh google is a good place to start, just do a search for seo and go from there, bookmark lots of sites, but do not be suckered into spending money for guaranteed results.

A backlink is a hidden link to yoursite on a different site. For example, the banner in my sig links to my site and the url is hidden and therefore is a backlink. P.S. I prefer reds to none, as they can always turn green, you never know

| @the_icks thanks for the advices and the lil mistake abt ma FB ur right lol thnks mate @ryan1087 @awwwwyeeee you both mentioned the YOUTUBE videos... i already asked this question in another post but they didnt reply to it so here i ask again, what would you talk about if you aint got any gift yet and you dont have any proofs of what your saying? people would go for those who HAVE proofs like for those who unbox their gifts and show the reciept... |

| I see what you mean but I picked it up more in relation to the comment: "A backlink is a hidden link to yoursite on a different site" It may be pedantic to mention it but someone new to SEO might take it literally. A backlink is any link from another site to your site and will preferably have a visible anchor text reflecting the keywords you are targetting.
