Wow Andy, yet another creative method. I remember Fiverr, it never dawned on me to post about it. Great job on the tip. I just wrote a blog post about it and i did expand on it, but I gave you some credit. I hope that's cool with you -

I know it's realllly picky but one thing that really annoys me about websites, especially those that are as professional looking as yours, is spelling inconsistency. You've used: Fiverr, Fiver and fiverr!

I hope you'll see this as constructive criticism rather than nit-picking!

Edit: ALSO (sorrrry!) - "If you paid 10 people $5 each, you’ll have a team of 5 people actively promoting..."

As far as the spelling goes, ill jump on it... But it is to be expected when its only 1 person running an entire blog, mailing list, marketing, etc. When it comes to minor mispelling of a single word it doesn't take away from the content or message itself... So I wouldn't focus so heavily on perfecting grammer, typos, etc.

I disagree in some sense. If I see a mispelling it automatically tells me the website doesn't have an editor, and it also shows me that there is either a lack of time taken for proof-reading (if they have no time, what will their customer service be like?), or that there is a lack of attention to detail (again, what will their customer service be like?).

I do agree that it is possibly to be expected with only one person is running an entire blog and mailing list and doing the marketing, but from a consumer's point of view they would probably prefer to use a website which feels like it has more people involved, as I feel it makes the whole thing more trustworthy.

It just seems a shame to put so much effort on blogging and designing and marketing (all of which you do very very well), when all that effort loses some credibility through something as simple as checking for spelling errors. People always talk about new developments and new methods and new things they can be doing (myself included), whereas often they have something right in front of their nose that will instantly improve their chances.

I think we're saying the same thing. But I understand where you're coming from completely - a feeling of team support is what I'm aiming for... but yeah awesome response!

Ah I use Zeerk. Try GigBucks and Up Hype. GigHour and Tenbux I tend to avoid due to bad uptime!
