In most cases its more than ok to post links to other companies

the main exceptions are:
- when its your company, ask a admin first
- when its a affliate link, if you do please post a non affliate link to

They are slightly smaller than a credit card, you can put anything on them, and they come in a variety of layouts.

Re: Have you tried using free business cards?

The best would probably be if you have your own site and then have all your ref links there, with some explaination about it all, and have your site on the card... remember its not much space and you must grab their interest from reading the card to visit the URL on the card..

Cheers
Tom

i doubt a shop would allow you to leave them lying around. just search on google for "free webhosting without ads"

I got the cards with my site on and a little caption and my email address, not put em out because i don't think shops will allow you to just leave them on the counter, was guna do it at pizza hut

Re: Have you tried using free business cards?

Hello again!

I have had 4 yellows from about 20 cards I have left about the place. I have wondered around tescos car park leaving them on windscreens! a bit cheeky - but people can throw them away if they dont like them. I have used a tinyurl link to my freepay referral - something like:

Free DVD home rental trial

A free Xbox 360 is yours

www.tinyurl/***

Mail me at ben@

Dropping a few near the xbox mags in whsmith is not a bad plan!
