What I Was Thinking Was Maybe Giveaway Something Cheap? Like an Account, Maybe A Runescape Account? Or Something That's Good. Then Tell Them sign Up Using Your Referral Link And Complete 1 Offer. I Don't Know If This Will work But I Tried It And I Got 1 Referral.

You can try, but you can't do trades like that on here. The only trades you can do on here are Green 4 Green and Green 4 Cash. Also, you need to be a member for 5 days and make 5 meaningful posts to gain access to the trading section.
