It does look good, make sure you get rid of that blue box as well. The easiest part to is design the leaflets IMO, but the hard part is to think of places to put them.

Put yourself in the receiver's shoes and think about it. At college, people used to put leaflets on cars and they were just screwed up and left on the floor. If your selling on eBay, then you could put one in the parcel. Think about it, you get something cheaply on eBay and when it comes you get excited, you then see a leaflet on how to get a free iPhone.

Usually, people are more willing to try new things when they are happy, so if you put them in places that will annoy people then they wouldn't take a second glance. This is not from me giving out leaflets, this is from personal experience of receiving leaflets.

Then again I am strange!

Good luck and I hope this helps.

No problem. As you will be sending your audience to your website via your leaflet, you may need to make your website look a bit more professional.

A quick note about your website, on the right side where the Sign up button and videos are, they appear to go over the edge and it doesn't look professional. I recommend that you change the size of the image and videos.

As the videos will not be able to fit on the side without looking very small, I think you should move them to the main body of the "Proof" page and change the side to text with a link to the Proof page.

get a couple mates and go round town handing them out on a saturday or something like. u know you get them other folk usually handingg out flyers etc. or go one better and hire a couple of girls you know. pay them to do the handing out for few hours. think about it. if it works for other businesses then its worth a shot with freebies too

Just a thought, you could get loads of cardboard, write your website address on it, then give them out to homeless people and give them a sandwich for holding it up all day. Might work.

Not sure about how to get a feed, but there is a widget on here that shows all the threads in the I Got my Freebie Section.

Hows the leaflets going? I've designed one and will go for a walk around the local area to find some hot spots and places to put them.

Looks good my friend, I'm debating employing a similar tactic near to where I work.

DieselDragn will become famous soon enough
On the subject of leaflets...
  1. From what I've seen in one or two places, intense leaflet campaigns can cost quite a bit just for the printing of the leaflets. Has anyone ever tried an intense campaign like this (Via door-drops, leaflet dispensers, or both) and has it paid off with the greens?
  2. Has anyone ever been fined for litter caused by their leaflets being discarded by uninterested persons?
  3. Having had a couple of Amazon orders in the past, I notice that Amazon always enclose leaflets from advertisers (VistaPrint, wine clubs, and a Scottish steak company, mainly) with customer orders. Does anyone know how much Amazon (And other companies who offer the same service incl. LoveFilm) might charge for such a campaign, and would an advert for a Freebie site be accepted for such a mode of delivery?
