![]() | Facebook?!Hello, I'm a newbie and an addict to Facebook. I have over a hundred friends on there, although I'm not close to many at all and would feel very awkward asking everyone to sign up as a referral, plus I'm sure I would get lots of interest and no greens. After all of that rubbish, I have a simple question: Do Facebook ban you posting your referral link? I've just found that I can't do it, but I'm wondering if it's just a dud connection here - Facebook frequently times out or freezes or crashes my computer (I think it has something to do with Vista! - If in doubt blame Vista's rubbish programming Any advice or people with experience using Facebook would be very welcome to supply me with great big dinosaurs of knowledge and useful advice that shall never become extinct because we don't have meteors in cyber space. Thanks, Tor xx |

| Mini Mac | I would not recommend posting your direct ref link on facebook either way. It might cause FB to block the website completely (which may have happened). Try a url shortener and see if it works Oh, and welcome to the community! |

![]() | Whilst Facebook won't let you share your referral link you can post a amended url by removing the dots and adding spaces to the address. |

| iPod 20gb | FB won't let you send your ref link even in a private discussion! Advertising or promoting your website in FB can get some greens if you choose your target well. But if you are going to spend your money on ads, I'd recommend Google AdWord. You just have to remember that websites love advertisers (including FJ |
