I just made a slip, what do you think?

This is a discussion on I just made a slip, what do you think? within the How to get greens forums, part of the Freebie Chat category; I'm hoping to print these out and place them in books and stuff in shops or even just leave some ...

What do you think? I still feel as if it's not the best so I would be grateful for any help.
Oh and the black bit is where my referral number thingy will be.

Very nice looking slip! Good idea too!

My only criticism... instead of a direct link (which people will just cut off the numbers) why not set up a website... even something like a ".tk" site, like I did with iPhoneHD.tk.

Then it's a website they go to which automatically redirects to your ref link.

You can make a quick .tk redirect to your referral link here:

Dot TK - Renaming The Internet

Should be much more memorable then just the referral link

Good sugestions but bear in mind that the .tk domains might actually mask the referral link, which isnt allowed.

I'd go with sgll's sugestion

It's usually better to put you website URL instead of referral link because people wouldn't know what to do if you lead them through a referral link. The design is nice, too!

Or use Short URLs with analytics, social media monitoring, and geotargeting - Cligs which gives you a visitor count!

Ahh I didn't realise! Does it show all your shortened links in one account, like cli.gs does? I don't remember how I found cli.gs, but I love it!

Just Use a URL Shortening site and if they do Custom URL ID (or whatever it's called) then make it something related, like "Free ______" or Something Like that...

Oh yh, the Slip looks pretty Good...!
