Love film pending......

I am a little concerned about the number of reds I have.... a number of these reds are friends whom I know to have started the love film offer and yet they do not show as pending yet.

I know I need to be patient, but when I started my love film trial it turned to pending after only a few days, these have been signed up for a couple of weeks!

My question is.... (and I know this will be an unpopular thing to ask)

How can we be sure that the offers are processed correctly? How do i know that some aren't just being left out as part of the system that makes all this work? I need to be able to trust the system, and yet I have no guarenteed way of knowing the offers are tracking correctly, my only proof up until now is to ask the people that have signed up.

Ok, I can e-mail FJ and ask them to manually correct such issues, but I won't always know that the refferal in question should have been credited and I would hope it would just work.

Sorry to not have faith at the moment.... perhaps it is just paranoia and the desperation of wanting to get my greens!

If it has been 2 weeks or so, contact FJ about an untracked order...

I understand that I can contact FJ and have manual credit, but thats my point.... if I didn't know myself that they should be showing as pending, I would be loosing out.

Getting proof.... not sure what would be accepted as proof, but if they weren't friends and family, this part could be difficult. What is proof? A photo of the recieved DVD in hand?

I am going to double check with the people in question that should be pending and maybe give a little more time, I just can't help but wonder how many reds should be pending and why they aren't!

How many people have signed up that have completed the offer and are not showing as pending?

In my experiance very few (Lovefilm) referrals are untracked to the extent of not showing as pending so it may be the fact that they either:

-Have not completed the offer
-Have not completed the offer correctly

I would double check with the people who have signed up if they have deffinately signed up.

I'd be surprised at that level of untrackeds to be honest

We usually get 1-2 per week untracked lovefilms submitted to us

is it possib;e your friends are lying to you - happens sadly they change their minds etc say they have done it .
It is quite rare from my experience for lovefilm not to track , so for you to have several seems odd .
You need to ask your friends if they went through the freebiejeebies offer page and didnt just sign up to Lovefilm .
If they have done this and there is a tracking problem then the referrals that are missing the credit will need to contact FJ not you , as for proof they will need things like the details (name and address etc ) and the confirmation email .. or similar , they will tell your refferrals what proof they require when they contact them .
from my experience i would say your friends are telling you porkies and havent actually done the offer .

Fair point... I will investigate before I do anything more. Its just strange that all 15 of my friends and family that signed up are all still red.

Thanks for the replies though, its good to see that people have full faith in the process.

They usually change to pending when the Dvd has been dispatched. then green a few days after they are returned

They change to pending even before the DVD has been dispatched. Otherwise you would never end up getting revokes, because all pendings would already be receiveing the DVD.
