Best way to get greens

As someone who is completely new to this entire idea, what is the best way to get referals (I think called greens) to my links?

What methods have you found work best (with minimal effort)? What would you say makes the highest conversion rate, which offer should i reccomend people to complete etc..?

How to get greens

THere are a few methods that work, but no one is going to give you 'the method' that works for them. Some of the more popular ones recently are to use Facebook to create fan pages.

Creating a website is also a good way, but can take a while to get it to start getting you greens.

then: the best way to get greens is to think of new and unique ways of creating targeted traffic (or seo the hell outa it) and then ... don't share the ideas......

Also think about how you signed up - where do you find a referral link? Whatever that was, it worked as you signed up using their link.
