I made a video today which has an iPod touch giveaway and to enter it you must signup and complete an offer will this work it not?? It's found here YouTube - Who doesn't like freebies

It could work - but to make sure you make a profit you really need to advertise well. Start posting on relevant forums etc. One youtube vid is unlikely to get the exposure you need to make this viable.

I think some other members have run similar comps, and will have some tips to give you

I'm not being rude but where is that. If it's in the meta tag is for misspelling for google search as they recomended it.
