| Ask them via their email address if they have any doubts etc. and answer them. The best way to start is to ask friends and family (but not from the same computer - or house!) you'll soon realise that loads of people sign up thinking that they'll just get a free iPod etc. without doing anything and then realise they need to complete an offer and forget about it...
