if i complete three of four offers, do i get that many greens?

You don't. You complete one offer and then you get your friends to do the same as you and they will count as your greens.

Although if you sign up to points.FJ you can complete omre than one offer and you accumulate points which can then be used to get your item of choice. You can also refer people as well...
