 |  What should I do?!My red on apple.fj today says he has signed up to the lovefilm offer. But on my apple.fj, he is still red, not pending.. is there any way i can investigate this? I am worrying that i have lost a potential green! please help, will thank and rep. |

 | Ask him what his status says? If he says his says completed then it is likely he has signed up more than once. I had one do this. They signed up under me and then signed up again. They completed an offer on their other account and so I didn't get the credit. they were put on hold as well but then they contaccted FJ and sorted it out but I still didn't get anything because they just deleted the account that was linked to mine
