Ways To Plan Out Your Website

This is not really a method, just more of an idea to get members/newbies minds rolling of how their sites will look and develop. I bought I simple whiteboard/corkboard today so decided to use it well

On the whiteboard is a check list of what I need to include in the new site I'm creating
On the corkboard are reminders. Like what my audience will be, what the site should look like

Sorry for the poor writing, I was very, VERY tired

Picture is in spoiler

lol you've done more planning for your personal website more than I've seen done for ones produced by web development companies.

Looks good Ellie and it's more planning than I've seen on some corporate sites
I like the screenshot you've got of the site that is inspiration?

Hope it works out for you.

I do a similar thing, but just use graph paper for sketching layout ideas, and post it notes. It probably not as organised though.

Planning often leads to succes, that's an incredible ability that I wish I could have the patience for! Well done!

Also, is that a print out of a Wordpress Theme stuck to the board? That design has been stuck in my head for so long and I can't get the finger out to build it, is it free?

lol, I never plan either, but it's going OK. I tend to find I'll remember it all, then I'll forget one link, or to check an image or something! At least I can tick everything off this way!

Sites going well so far tonight!
