hi all im new i joined this site thinking i can get refferals or at least trade is this the case or not?

eXceem is a great place to learn how to get referrals, just take a look at the "How to get Greens" Section.

If you want to trade, you have to be a member for 5 days and make 5 contributing posts to gain access to the trade section.

When you say trade, you mean what? A guy be referral of other and vice versa?

what if 15 people made a gentlemans agreement to go green on mine then the same people done the same for the next guy and so on and so on till we all get what we want then start again would this work?

Yes, in the trade section you can be a referral for someone on one site, and they will be a referral for you on another site. Also, you can pay people to be your referrals.

Yes, we actually have those, they are called conga lines. Check out the conga section for more info.

we have congas, but you sign up under the link in the first post and do 1 offer then when you reach the top of the conga people sign up under you and once you get 2 referrals from it you are removed

just had a look at the congas and im a bit confused
how do they work?
and what conga should i join to get a 360 elite?

carnt 15 people just agree to exchange emails with referral links?
