Recording T-Mobile Style Video/Advert Tomorrow - Suggestions please!

I am intending (weather dependent) to go into the town centre tomorrow at around midday and do some filming for a video, primarily to go on the homepage website.

My intention was to start it in a news report kind of style, walking towards camera like this: YouTube - Meghan Brennan's Demo Reel

Then do something similar to T-Mobile's "what would you do if you had unlimited texts?" except, "how would you feel about receiving a free xbox?" etc.

Then end on a "reporter signing off" kind of thing, which, for the video embedded in my website, a call to action to check out the rest of the site. I think I will also record another one of these for upload onto youtube/anywhere else I can get it, with a call to action to check out the website.

Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I would really appreciate hearing them!

I feel this would really make the whole thing seem more genuine, and reduce the number of people who think it's a scam.

Well if you get someone as hot or maybe hotter than her to do it, im sure you wouldnt have trouble converting people lol

I'm really really really sorry for bumping this. I would never normally bump my own stuff, especially seeing as it is still the same day. It is just that I am intending to do this tomorrow and you guys are such a gold mine of information/suggestions/creativity/imagination that I would really appreciate some more thoughts on this, I would kind of like to get it right first time!

is it you and a mate doing it ?

if its just you it wont be as good... would look better with sumbody else with a big f off camera on their shoulder filming you lol, and wear a suit... people are more likely to stop for you if you wear a suit (according to programmes like real hustle

)

other than that i think its a good idea, might get you some greens and raise awareness (on a small scale)

Get some business cards printed to give them

bit short notice on the business cards (unless you already got card and design etc.... good idea though), but you could just print out a few A5 flyers pretty quick if you cant do business cards

I'm doing it with a mate yeah, unfortunately he'll be in a W&G Toy Team shirt as he is kindly lending me his lunch break!

I don't think we'll have a huge huge problem getting people who don't mind being filmed... And yeah I figured as well as adding credibility to the website it will also be a good opportunity to hand out a couple of flyers with the website and basic principle on to the people that we film. Almost as a "This is where the video footage will go" kind of thing, that way hopefully they'll check it out through curiousity and feel that it is EVEN more genuine!
