Never fails to amuse me when people copy content from someones freebie site, then go and sign up to the one of the biggest freebie sites to post about it..

Best thing is they've actually saved my images, haven't even had the decency to hotlink so I could change the links!

What exactly has the OP taken?
Is it the pictures or all the content?

Well thats pretty dumb and/or lazy.
It dont take much to write a few pieces of persuasive text.

I don't really know how to file a DMCA when the content isn't active? but I'm hoping someone will help me, but I guess I'll just bookmark is/use copyscape and file one if it goes back up. This guy has no tomales to even post an apology.

I did write a long guide on plagiarism on Saturday, which is waiting for mod approval. Once that's up, it's got basically all the information you need to know about people copying your site.
