There's no need to have two topics asking people for a site review, especially when they were posted 5 minutes apart.

Anyway, here's what I think. I'm only using criticisms so you know exactly what to improve.

-"Before yo click the X becuase you ". Site spelling is of utmost importance. Also, don't mention the X button, as the visitor will have it on their mind.

-" like a scam i know BUT i was also skeptical at first but then i got my first reward "
Mentioning the word scam is a bad idea, for a similar reason for the above.

-"Theres no such thing as somthing free wrong! Many websites are earning money form advertisers to get there products well known. Thats were we come in they only get paid if somone trys what they have to offer. So they get people to join these advertiserss offers and in exchange we get a gift there happy we are happy. bbut dont take my word for take the local news ]is word fr it"
OK, so in that paragraph, all of the things in bold need revising, whether it be spelling, grammar or just sense.

-You don't really want questions like "how could this be real? ". You want things like "How this works". Your site is purely answering questions, not asking.

-Template is a bit too dark

-No need for a vote saying "how many freebies have you received?". Your visitors are supposed to be people who haven't received anything and want to sign up.

i know im a newb at exceem or forums for that matter and i thought maybe i posted it in the wrong section.

Pspupgrade did a good job at explaining some of your mistakes, but i'd like to add on a little tip. Remember this is suppose to be constructive.

Having your website 'shino258.webs.com' does not welcome somebody very well, if you have a look around alot of peoples domains are free-ipod, free-xbox, not shino258. It doesn't tell somebody it's about freebies, and therefor may loose you some traffic.
