| I like it! Register, Recruit and Receive definitely seem like more powerful, active verbs than the old "Sign Up, Complete an Offer and Refer Friends". |

| Do quite like that... I would just make sure "Get a Free iPhone" is in bigger text in bold and bright red... really in your face!!!

 | i think 'NOW' sounds a little pushy, and may put them off signing up... maybe try something like, 'so what are you waiting for?' or 'you don't want to miss out!' |

| Yeah i think it sounds a lot catchier. I would use the complete an offer bit in the Register part. i.e. REGISTER - complete 1 offer, RECRUIT - Gather some friends, Recieve - etc,etc |
