Well, from personal experience, and subscribing to internet business mailing lists, I know that the titles that sell are the ones that question the reader and makes them think.

Here are a few examples that I've received over the last week or so:
Quote:
Are you on Twitter yet?

Is your blog building your list?

Want my help on your website?

Do you agree with the subscribers opinion?

What if...?

Do you know what the three F's are?

Are you getting paid for posting on your blog?

What's the deal with those small, ugly websites?

Would like to know how to turn $97 into $11,000 in just 4 weeks?

What do you need to be rich?

Another 4K yesterday. Let me show you how?
Even though I know that all of these emails are advertising for some Clickbank thing that I have to pay for, the question mark almost gives me a duty, as it were, to open up their email and "answer the question".

Maybe you could head them as something like:
"Are You Missing Out?"
"How Much Would You Price This?"
"RE: New Opportunity"

However, I always seem exclamation marks to make the post "too lively" etc.

It also seems that deadlines always help for people to actually read the email:
"Do This by Then and This Will be That"

Also, I'm not sure if it works on all spam filters, but I've seen people use the term "Fr.ee" to surpass the filters. Might as well try it from one hotmail to another and see what happens.

Good Luck.

Is not a question. It can be reworded to as a question though.
Another 4K yesterday. Can I show you how?

Spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors are the first thing in an E-mail headline that tell me it's not even worth my time.

Well, I think the writer of that one was trying to talk like a normal person would, so as to interact with the reader.
When we're talking to other people, we sometimes go "I'll do this?", when we should say "shall I do this".

Hmm, just had a thought here.

Since the word "free" is blocked by spam filters, you could say "for £0". May even have a better impact, such as "Get your MacBook Air, now only £0"
