Hi everyone, an idea from me!

Hi, i'm new to the whole freebie scene as of 2 hours ago.
i am also (obviously) new to this site as well.
however, I already have an idea for myself to get referrals that i'd like you all to consider.

After reading through some ideas here in this forum, I thought for a couple of minutes about what I could do to get some referrals.

I was considering making "business" cards with a little detail about FREE STUFF and my referral link, and putting them inside random's lockers at school.

I'm unsure about UK, but here in NZ every senior gets a locker and in our school there are at least 500 lockers.
Each locker has a little vent, that just waiting for advertising to be slipped through.
I thought it would be a good idea considering it's around the age group that want free stuff, and are willing to do a couple of offers to get their own Free stuff.

Opinions?

Go for it. Just try and encourage them to sign up via their own personal computers at home, rather than the school ones, so that there isn't an issue with IP addresses and the like.

Yes be aware of the IP . it's very important To have them from different IP.

I was thinking putting one in every single Royal Mail slot haha but it would take forever. HArd enough throwing up one round

It's possible in a lot of local newspapers to put leaflets in them. You would just need to figure out the risk/return ratio. There's no point of spending quite a bit of money to print leaflet and pay for them to go in the paper if its only got a circulation of 5000.

I think the majority of lockers in schools/colleges have air vents on the front doors. Well when I went to school they did anyway lol

After the tragic incident involving seventeen members of the computer club, all lockers by law must now have air holes in them. A scheme to introduce food bowls, bedding and a water bottle were dismissed however as being too expensive

Great idea!

The only thing is to check for CCTV cameras. At our school you would immediately get discovered if you were on CCTV.

Hmm people here are encouraging "Insanity". Be careful .. Because people are good at catching someone with something .. What if you put those "business cards" in those 500 lockers and someone (sees you doing this) puts the same "business cards" written "You suck" on it .. I hope you got me .. LOL

I first searched free ipod or something similar on google. Perhaps Ipod competition (Because i love free stuff) and i managed to find the site xpango.
i searched xpango or maybe even free ipod on youtube and there was a guy on there who had exceem in his youtube video description.

I signed up to Xpango with a blank referral (because i found the site by myself) I had completed an offer and then started watching the videos on youtube.
I then realised i could have given someone a green

I did sign up to this forum site with his referral though.
