you don't have to stick with xpango, freebiejeebies are very good and now serve NZ, you could join a conga on exceem to sign up to FJ if you so desired.

All u need to do is get your site banned on your school system so ask if they will ban it or juet keeps refershing it and they will block it for u. then no iP problem
