I usually read all the TOS of the sites I'm interested in.
Interesting stuff.

I think I've read enough TOS'es to write them myself.

ermmm, not really no... just follow a few people have you profile with your site on already and just dont tweet sh*t like "by visiting my website you can get a free iphone" or anything about your website... they are more likely to look at it if you mention it once a week or so but most of the time just tweet normaly and have conversations with other people via there tweets
