I have got an advertisement of my site on a website which is aimed at the gadget mad, and receives 4000 views monthly.
It's a banner at the top of the page.

How many greens would you expect to receive with your website advertised on a page with 4000 hits per month?

well I had a banner on a site which had 4-5000 a day and got bugger all from it.
hope you didnt pay too much.

ah well I'm welsh so i thought I'd make a site in welsh to target the welsh speaking people, the site I'm advertising on is one of the only gadget type blog sites in welsh.

maybe freebiejeebies might want to think about a welsh version of their site?

will see how this goes first!

Yeah, there are other languages based in the UK

A site in welsh would be more personal for them and the feeling of community/trust would mean more a chance of a green. A group of a 10 million people might have 10,000 scamers, a group of 1 million only 100.

How many people speak welsh and not english that use the internet?
Welsh is a pointless language, yeahh it might make some peple feel special and some say it's preserving our culture but noo, it's just us welsh being stubborn.
I agree we should keep the language alive, but we shouldn't be forced to learn it in school, how is welsh going to help me later in life?
No other country speak it, it's being different for th sake of it!
And no patagonia does not speak welsh, they speak a welsh spanish mix mostly as a second language.(i really like this debate, so I'll start a thread if someone really wants me to)
why not make a galic version of FJ?
Arabic aswelll maybe, lots of people speak that in the uk.
I doubt welsh is the second most spoken language in the UK tbh.
