Deviant Art Method

Im not sure if this is a good idea for getting greens, but here it goes.

Deviant Art is an Art community, sharing works and making friends with fellow deviants. For all you graphic designers, you could make an account on there and share your graphic designs or art you've created in the past. When you have built up a good rep, talk about a freebie community and get your friends to sign up! Hey? What have you got to loose!

P.S = If you want to have a look at the stuff I do, go here>>> FlowerGirl95 on deviantART

You illustrations are great! My brother in law would love you as he's totally into Manga.

As for the Deviant art route, how is that working out for you, do you get many hits?

Cheers
Matt

Why don't you watermark your art with a link to your website?

It takes practice, lots of it . I plan out a sketch and scan it in, then carry on from photoshop/ microsft paint.

The only expensive pieces of software I have are MS Office and Adobe Fireworks.

My wage has nothing to do with it. If you can't afford something you don't have it, simple as.

As long as the wealthy person paid for the license for you, that's fine. I'm not going to have this debate again, but I just hate the amount of people who think that high standard Adobe software is theirs for the taking.

Adobe dont really mind people not in buisness stealing there software, infact they love it.
It means that when you do finaly get into buisness, the one tool you now how to use is abode photoshop... so your company (or you) then has to then pay for the official licence because you will be using it to make money.
(sorry about spelling)

No disrespect, but if you were older, had a job which you hate, which barely pays for the gas/electric/water/rent/family/food/travel you may end up realising that the only form of escapism you have is to use what is accessable.

Anyway, has this method got you any sign ups?
