Newbie in real need of help!!!!!!

Firstly i'll say hello to you all as i'm new to this site and the world of freebies.
I'm hoping some of you can help me.
I found out about fj through a listing on ebay. at first i wasn't sure but now i see it does work.
So to get my referals i thought i would do the same and put a listing on ebay, only to have it removed a few hours later.
Is there a way around having the item removed or are there better ways to get referals?

Hello and welcome to eXceem.

DO NOT use ebay, it is against their T&C.

Have a rtead around the forum but good ways include: Facebook, email, msn, friends and family and making a website

You could also join congas, which is where you sign up for the person in the 1st post and then you join the queue and you get two people sign up for you! So a 2for1 offer!

Ok i'll stay clear of ebay then. but how come thats where i found the link then. I tried facebook too without much luck.
As for creating a website, how can i do that and get people to find it?????????

People will still try on ebay but it will get removed so not worth the risk of losing your account.

It takes time and patience so keep at FB, MSN etc etc. Create a FB group and invite friends etc.

Website: There is some help on the forum, and there is loads in the eXtra section (cost £3 pa but worth it!)

I had never done website stuff ever but I learned over time and now have a decnet website. The only problem is getting people to find it. I use a mix of SEO (search engine optimization) and self promotion (posters, flyers, business cards etc)

Just give EVERYTHING a go and see where you get. Try ande creative

Thanks for the advice. Guess i jumped in the deep end with an offer that needs 40 referals.

You can always change your gift if you want.

Some people find it easy and get loadsa mates to do it, or get a good method. But others, like me, have 4 referrals in 6months!
