Simple Xpango question

Hi i recently did the 888.com offer and when i did it by going on to the website a box came up autimatically asking me to download the program i needed but the box didnt work so i had to download it using another link on the website. Will Xpango still recognise me completing the offer or do i have to tell them??

I think you should tell them about this

But they will not respond quickly that's a habit !! lol
