Problem with congas

As others have said, if they're banned they can't send their link to us anyway, and why should someone benefit from greens if they've been banned anyway, we don't just ban people for no reason!

The same goes for those that aren't active for a couple of months as well, if people join exceem, maybe do 2 posts both of which are in that conga, then disappear for at least 2 months, we've no way of knowing whether they're still keeping an eye on the conga or not, while we could keep them on, if they don't post in it, it just holds the conga up for everyone else and they start running slowly again

I think the congas are fine, if your not relying on them for your greens.

I'm a newbie and i must that i'm surprised at how slow the congas are moving. I joined the FJ one 8 days ago as a "quick starter" and the top person is still sat on 1/2. Nobody has signed up since myself, so my "quick start" will probably take between 6 and 12 months to complete.

Just a suggestion, but how about overlapping congas? The basic idea is that each new member must complete 2 (or perhaps 3) offers before they get added. Just a thought, so it probably has some obvious flaws that i've overlooked.
