idiots guide to getting greens...

hi can anyone confirm something for me

if i was looking to get 10 greens and one of my friends signed up as my green

if he signed up himself for his own freebie would he be able to use the same referrals as me?

for example if itried to get a freebie and used john and robert

then john decided he wanted a freebie, would he be able to use me and robert or is that considered to be fraudulant

also, is there a time limit from when u sign up to the point of referral completion?

many thanks everyone

To answer your question, no this isn't possible. He could only complete an offer for you or vice-versa on a different network to the one you had just signed up to.

Some sights have time-limits, FreebieJeebies do not however so try them their customer support is second to none!

thank you for such a quick reply

can i ask another question?

when signing up for an account can i put a relative's address that i know for a fact doesn't have a computer?

if i put that i live at my grandmothers address then that allows my partner to get me a green off of our desktop computer instead of using the laptop?

or do the desktop and laptop have the same ip address?

many thanks

The offer companies are prepared to pay us money for offer completions because we are providing them with new customers. Creating accounts or completing offers using other people's details is against the rules (this applies for us and all other networks) because this doesn't provide genuine new business for our offer companies.

We have ways of detecting this kind of thing so please don't do it because you will be found out - there are loads of ways to get genuine referrals and all of the success stories you see on here are people who obtain referrals genuinely.

In answer to the OP, if you create an account on consoles.fj and use John and Robert as your referrals on that site, John could then create an account on gifts.fj and use you and Robert as his referrals on that site. Robert could then create an account on gadgets.fj and use you and John as his referrals on that site. You can therefore act as referrals for each other on the same network, just not on the same site.

The same offer cannot be completed more than once per person though, so if you completed say Lovefilm free trial on consoles.fj, you couldn't then sign up to it again on another site. This applies for other networks, I am just using ours as an example.

Im guessing 'green'

A green is someone that has completed an offer. In your account they will turn from yellow (or red in FJ case) to green one the offer has been successfully completed.

Some offers have pending statuses, and the colours vary from site to site, although some dont change but say pending (while yellow)

Hopefully I have made a few things clearer
