Exceem Extra...?

I'm thinking of signing up to the exceem extra, or plus, or whatever the hell it's called. I was just wondering what the benifits are? I know there's a section on website improvement but what else is there?
I'm more than likely going to sign up anyway eventually cos it's only a few quid, but just interested in what you get.

Green Tips a few extra tips that is too good to share with non extra people
Website Review Your not allowed to post about your website if your a non extra person
Link exchanges Seo - non extra people are not allowed to do this.
Spam - where we can gossip a load of crap about non extra people

And you can also get extra PM SPACE

conga top spots are always given away in extra first , plus the fact it helps keep the forum going - thats worth the £3 imo

Yeah it's deffo worth it by the sound of it, it seems a bit like you HAVE to sign up to benifit from exceem. Like the how to get greens section has pretty much taught me that no one shares the best methods. I guess there's enough info for newbies to get an idea what it's all about without letting them get it all and then never returning.
Will sign up soon, bit skint at the mo like.
