Im finding this really hard....

When I first started I thought 5 was an impossible task.
As time passes it WILL get easier.
Remember it's like everything in life, the more you put in the more you get out it. In other words if you're willing to spend time on it you'll get the refers you need.

However, if you find yourself spending a lot of time you have to think if it's not just easier working those number of hours and paying for the item using your wages.

I have been feeling similar to you in the last few days, but I'm determined to stick with it. My website has been up just over 2 weeks and I have got 12 signups and 1 pending as a result, which I think is a reasonably good start. Until that pending appeared I felt exactly the same as you do now. I know that all the information and methods to be succesful at this is out there, I just have to find it, and the more time I spend, the more likely I'll get there

I see this is a long term thing, as long as I'm making progress by improving my site, getting more hits and getting more signups. Determination is so important with this whole thing.

I completely agree with you about people being lazy, it's quite a big annoyance for me too - I don't understand why people even sign up if they are so lazy and closed minded. It's a case of attracting the ones that aren't like this that is perhaps the key

the best thing 2 do is 2 keep goin no matter how hard it is, i didnt get any greens over my first 2-3 months now ive got about 15 across the 2 sites tht i use

People have been reviewing my site on linkreferral, but I dont think they have actually looked at it tbh lol

Im going to stick with this, im thinking about aiming a little lower and going for the 12 referrals for a 19 inch tv :\

But when I get the 12 I will likely change my mind and go the full way with another 9 for the 32 inch with built in freeview.

Just keep searching for those free methods of getting your link seen, paid methods never work apart from a website. Keep up the hard work.

I was in the same boat. My first gift was a 360, however, I paid my friends to do the offers. I was stuck at that level from may until late november, at which time I found a "method". Sinse then I have received about £1500 worth of gifts and have about a £1000 worth of greens/pendings stocked up.

Sinse I have started I have learnt alot about web design, SEO among other things, so for myself the gifts aren't everything.

It may take a while to egt your 21 greens but I am sure you will get there. Just stick with it and think of ways to let people know about freebies.

I haven't posted this to brag (kind of obbvious seeing as there are plenty of others who have a lot more, plus it's no competition) but to hopefully give you a bit of confidence. When you have found your own method, you will bring in the greens and have your TV delivered, that's when you will know it has all been worth while.

I dont know how you come across these methods, I only found some from other people who were willing to say. Ones I have thought of on my own are commonly used and simply just do not work all that well :\
