Poster near shared computers!

I was thinking of putting some posters up in a computer room somewhere, but how do I stop people from signing up on the shared computers resulting in possible multiple sign ups on the same ip? I want to put a note on the poster or on my site but don't want it to sound negative. Any ideas?

You're in a bit of a pickle. I think it's best for you to put the warning somewhere on your homepage as if they feel your site is useful they will maybe check it out again later when they get home!

I think its a bad idea because even if you do put it on the website. 80% will probably not even read it and still sign up. meaning if you get green, you get excited until they go on hold.

80% u say!?
I would say it could be risky because of people signing up and ignoring the warnings. But you may get a green or two that are legit.

Plus, the hassle of getting permission off the owners of the bulding to put your poster up.

not worth it.

Where i was thinking, there is a big notice board for public use, in fact there are 2 big notice boards, so wouldnt need permission.

Do you think putting a warning on my site may put anyone off who isnt visiting via the posters.
"WARNING: Do not sign up of public or shared computers"
is a bit offputting no...??

Just drop it in buildings and places then walk away casually with no one seeing you!
