| a conga is a referral based system, say for an example the moderator of exceem it doing a conga it means you sign up under his/her referral link and then do 1 offer which makes you green(which is good) then you are on that conga and 2 more people sign up under your link so u help 1 person 2 help you or sometimes much more |
