| facebook will give you a warning first before banning your account. so go ahead and send it. if you get a warning just do not do it again. i am apart of 5 groups on facebook and one group send me at least 3 messages a day sometimes 10 if that is not is spamming dont know wat it lol.. but you can send your link a message just know after your first warning do not do it again |

| ive tired joining the groups on Facebook, but ive found that they are not updated regularly and the members hardly seem to keep in touch. I ve posted a few comments on the walls but have not yet got any replys from anyone |
