Hey

I have put a live support tool on my website

It's on a 10 day trial and it is on the bottom of my website, come check it out

yeah, good idea. i would make it more visible though, I don't think people would tend to see or use it if it is so low down.

I tried a similar thing a little while back using a gmail chat plugin for wordpress.

I think if it is only a 10 day trial thing, you could purchase flash chat for $5 from tufat and turn it in to a support chat thing. I think maybe thats my next move

Theres plenty of programs that can do this for free.

yep like crafty syntax and they even have a program where you can be alerted to new messages, visitors etc
