okay guys, I know there is no magic way to get greens, but my question is: How do you explain this to someone without them looking at you like you are a complete idiot?? I go on this long shpiel about it having to do with advertising blah blah blah. And my family have either been looking at me like I am speaking greek and the other half think it is a scam. I say it is not a scam it's a scheme. I need to perfect this technique. Anyone have any pearls of wisdom?

Just say companies are willing to pay for more customers, so this money they pay is given to the reward site and the reward site uses it to buy your gift and keep the profit for themselves, its just clever advertising and marketing, and incentive to do sometihng..

Also, I find it helps if instead of saying " They give you a free ipod, ps3 etc" say "They reward you with a free ...." I found that it helps because it seems abit more likely. lol

I find when Im asking friends and family not to promise them free gifts, but rather they are helping me get mine, then go on to make sure they know that they can also get a gift of their own

just to add, for me personally it got to the point where i didn't even bother explaining myself to anyone - i just asked my fam/mates to sign up and complete an offer as a favour for me regardless of the outcome and they were actually more happy to do that then to try and get me a free gift

needless to say, they were pleased for me after the very happy ending

say if you were a company would you rather pay £25 for a potential customer. or £300 per 30 seconds for a tv ad which no-one pays attention to nowadays. and say when was the last time you payed attention to a tv ad (except cadburys of course lol)
