| You know when people sign up to eXceem. In the welcome email could you put the forum rules or at least a line saying "before you start posting please read the forum rules" and have a link to the thread. I know some people just sign up to spam the forum but some people make genuine mistakes. I checked the emails i got when i signed up and there wasnt anything about the rules in it. Dont know if you do this now or not Just an idea...

| i think these people already know the rules and just dont care ( i mean the spammers ) but yea would be helpfull and save the mods some time as long as it dosnt get looked over be people who just rush the registration btw who reads the licence agreements with games on the computer ??? i dont think i ever have lol |

| Yes there will always be some people who just want to spam their link but it can only be helpful for the people who do actually have something to contribute.

| good thing about Exceem is that the spammers don't get nothing..why spam a place where people know about the thing there spamming... least have the decency to read about the forum before spamming it. |
