Hey, has anyone tried putting up fliers with your website, or referral link on it? Im thinking about putting them up around my campus seeing as I go to a big college.

Many people have, search the forum. If you do, do it I would suggest using your website address rather than your ref link. Website is prob more memorable. Good luck mate.

Yes Ive done it and got nothing. I made a nice laminated poster, ive made mini flyers, even rip off tabs, none of them bought me anything.
Never say never the site i was using was rubbish, i have not tried since i made my site better

ya, i think im gonna do that, right now im just trying to make my website more professional, and maybe buy a domain.

Maybe set the URL to open in a new window, is it possible to make it popunder the current window?

lol well that was my point, making people go to my link. this was also before i made my website.
And what did you mean by the second part of your post. I dont know if i can make the link open in a new window if thats what your saying.

Well as far as I can see it's a real YouTube video, I wanted to see the video content and it opened a new page, I think that might be offputting to most people.

Set your link to

target="_blank"

and the page will open in a new window and the video will still play.

the video plays when you click play, it did for me anyway. then it pops up after the video ended

oh, ok i thought you were talking about the actual youtube site, in the description, ok ya i made it so clicking the ipod opens a new window.

Sorry, don't listen to me, I am using Google Chrome browser and it was opening your ref link as soon as I clicked play.

IE is fine.
