Well, I'm a 14 year old boy and unlike most people my age i'm patient enough to get my ps3 the looooooong way and on you tube I noticed every spongebob video has over a million views. So if I made a music video with spongebob in it and say something like " You could be watching this on a free Ipod, just sign up on the link below" it might work. Thank you and congratulations to all who got a freebie ^^

Yep all you can do is try. Not to ruin the moment I, and many other members have tried youtube and had very little outcome, But hey maybe the people who watch sponge bob are up for getting a free iPhone.

Probably is copyright but the worst that can happen is youtube will remove it!

Good idea, but think about your target audience. Will the majority of people that watch spongebob be able to complete an offer? eg. offers that need credit cards

I used a parents credit card for LOVEFiLM (with permission)

also, with spongebob viewers, you could be targetting the wrong type of people. as in people with no credit card etc.

you do have a point about attracting wrong viewers, possibly then I can advertise a trailer for new ps3 only games and sometimes people see those games and really want them but they don't have the console.

I'm not sure if you are targeting the wrong audience with spongebob. I thought a lot of students had a habit of watching it.

Plus you may manage to snag any parents looking for spongebob stuff for their kids.
