Hi on a Freebie site called Rewards 1 they have leaked all of the Referral Guides that people have sold upto $25. These Gudies are complete crap but they have been leaked and people are going to start going around to other Freebie sites and start selling them so I will just place the link here.

I'm making a guide website. Obviously not for sale.. Except, it genuinely will be a guide, with the pros and cons, and IF they want to go for it they have my referral link.

Although me being the skeptical type is wondering how many of those methods still work and wont result in you being banned from the sites.

Is it just me or would some of those methods get you banned as your literally spamming? Forums dont allow spamming and ebay doesnt allow links.The networks dont allow it either so any noob who follows some of these 'methods' would get put on hold, wouldnt they? Is this to try and kill off a bit of competition? Who knows.

On average I tend to get a email from various websites once a week asking what its all about etc

Haha - no, as tempting as it is I don't I normally give them a brief overview of how it works, that the networks are serious about their sites, and what advantages they can have by promoting it on their sites, in most cases they (the webmasters) will sign up and promote their links!
