Referral Tactics

- Website -

This is a program we call Google Bombing. Google Bombing is where you put in a code on your website or blog.

What is Google Bombing? A Google bomb (also referred to as a 'link bomb') is Internet slang for a certain kind of attempt to influence the ranking of a given page in results returned by the Google search engine, often with humorous or political intentions. The way that Google's algorithm works, a page will be ranked higher if the sites that link to that page use consistent anchor text. A Google bomb is created if many sites link to the page in this manner. Google bomb is used both as a verb and a noun. The phrase "Google bombing" was introduced to the New Oxford American Dictionary in May 2005. Google bombing is closely related to spamdexing, the practice of deliberately modifying HTML pages to increase the chance of their being placed close to the beginning of search engine results, or to influence the category to which the page is assigned.

First make a website. We advise making a site on synthasite because it is easy to change the html code but use whatever you are comfortable with. Put in the website that you can get anything for free just for filling our surveys and then put your referral link. These work like Youtube Tags, the more you have the more you get viewed so put other things like Mod Edit: Deleted link due to possibly containing viruses! and put as many websites as you know listed down on your website. Make sure you have a domain that automatically shows up on google. If it doesn't make a domain name.

How to bomb Google?

1. choose the phrase you want to use. Example: "free stuff".

2. Choose the link you want the keyword to go to so your referral link.

3. Put the following code in your blog entries (take out the spaces):

4. Test the result by searching the chosen phrase in Google.com.

On your website put very large letters in the title such as "WANT FREE STUFF??" People get drawn to the word free. So use very large letters on the title, make the directions on how to use it very short and simple, no one wants to read 30 minutes of huge advertisements. Use catches, if you put "What do you have to lose" They will think, thats right, I dont really have much to lose, I mean, I get free stuff for filling out easy free surveys! Make a very clean layout, if your page is cluttered with advertisements and links no one will want it. So use a site like wix or synthasite no advertisements! And you just put your referral banner in there along with a couple big testimonials and people will want it more!

-Youtube Videos-

Grammar - Spelling is all important, if you have a lot of misspellings they will think you took no time on making the video and therefore be unimpressed and not sign up.

Tags - Put tags like "free xbox 360 Elite GOW2 Gears of War Microsoft PS3 Wii" or anything very popular and they will work great. Look up "Most Viewed" and "Most Discussed" - "Week" and in the title find keywords and put that in your youtube tags. Also put keywords in your description. They work just like tags and you get an unlimited amount.

Music - Put Great music on it! Many people love music. Here are some popular bands and singers - lil wayne, chris brown, Alicia Keys, Plain White T's and Lincoln Park.

Video Backgrounds - Do not make backgrounds like blue and text white, thats the generic layout and text. Use something like moderately red and black text, its different but looks great.If your doing something like "Free World of Warcraft Time Cards" Put backgrounds all about WoW (World of Warcraft) becuase they will relate to the pictures and sign up. Also try downloading video game trailers and playing text in front of them talking about getting the game for free.

-Yahoo-

Yahoo Answers - Yahoo answers is amazing for referrals. It is a site where people can post questions and they get answered. The secret to using yahoo answers is to answer questions. First while searching for questions click advanced on the right of the search bar. Under "Question Status" click open question and under "Date Submitted" click within 7 days. Then search keywords like need money, need job, need xbox live, need wii points and answer the questions with something like this... I started using an awesome site about a year ago. Yahoo Forums - are one of the biggest forums on the internet. Post on your sig, make threads about your site and how to use it.

1. Start a conga, make a youtube video about the conga and how it works. In the youtube video give the viewers a link to download the video. Then tell the viewers when they post the video to add the link to download it also. It will spread like crazy and you will get a ton of active referrals.

-Special Programs-

Tube Increaser - There is a program called "Tube Increaser" It gets you views on your youtube video so more people view it because its at the top of the list when they look up on of your tags, someone with 10,000 views will be ahead of someone with 33 views. AdBlaster - AdBlaster is a program where you fill in a Ad to 'Blast' you put in your ad "Free Gaming Supplies" And your referral link, AdBlaster than submits your ad to 2,500,000 websites! Its free, easy, advertising!

Traffic is what gets you referrals, you dont expect referrals for 5 views do you? But do you expect 50 referrals from 500 views? I will tell you some websites that give you FREE advertising!!

1. link removed, see posts below this thread, you sign up, submit your website to their database, and when you sign up you see boxes that you have to fill in with codes, people have to view your code in order to sign up, so thats where big bold letters come in, people will want to view your website if you have catchy words.

2. Mod Edit: Deleted link due to possibly containing viruses!, you sign up, and view websites and sign up on sites, your website later builds up to the top of the rank to get more views. So again, you need bigger, bolder letters to draw people in.

For this you should create a new myspace account. This will involve adding myspace friends to advertise to. Once you are signed up for myspace sign up for these 2 sites - Mod Edit: Deleted link due to possibly containing viruses!. You will use these sites to get friends so once you are signed up start adding friends! Once you have a good amount of friends post on the bulletin about your site and add your website that explains it also.

As i've said before in a different thread, refferal links, or website links get deleted really quickly on MySpace. I've tried too many times

i had an interesting plan involving freebies and music but it didnt work out...

anyway, sorry but yeh that google bombing must be disallowed, got banned from myspace and facebook for friend adding, and youtube vids dont work cus theres just so many now days

Why would you use your referral link? The main point in google bombing is to help rank your website higher!

Im pretty sure affiliate links do not rank in google!

Oh also! If your are going to Google Bomb! Make sure you use different variations of your chosen keyword, to make it look more natural. Don't keep using the same keyword anchor text or Google will realise what you are doing and will penalise your website!
